DESCRIPTION
MT-280The round bottle high-speed automatic labeling machine uses self-adhesive roll labeling paper, and the labeling is done by rolling. It can be equipped with automatic bottle feeding and receiving devices to complete the bottle placement, labeling, and receiving procedures in one go. It can also be equipped with a printing machine to synchronously complete label printing.

This machine adopts computer fiber optic control, synchronous tracking, and labeling is controlled by a mutual inductance stepper motor to ensure that the labeling speed is synchronized with the bottle rolling speed of the automated packaging machinery. It is a modern electromechanical integrated product with excellent and reliable working performance.

◆ Easy to adjust, equipped with adjustable seats for front and rear, left and right, up and down directions, plane inclination angle, and vertical plane inclination angle. Switching between different bottle shapes without blind spots makes adjustments simple and fast;

◆ Automatic bottle separation, using a bottle separation mechanism, effectively eliminates the unsmooth bottle separation caused by bottle errors and improves stability;

Touch screen control, human-machine interaction interface with operation guidance function, intuitive and clear parameter modification, and easy switching of various functions;

Intelligent control, automatic photoelectric tracking, with no labeling for anything, automatic calibration for no labeling, and automatic label detection functions to avoid wasting labels and missing labels;

◆ Durable and hygienic, mainly made of stainless steel and advanced aluminum alloy, with strong quality and meeting GMP production requirements;

◆ It has automatic shutdown function, production counting function, power saving function (when there is no production within the set time, the equipment automatically switches to power-saving standby mode), production number setting prompt function, parameter setting protection function (parameter setting is managed by permission), which facilitates production management.
